Since 2015, Broder Söder has been partnering with Nordic Northwest to offer catering services for special events, from weddings to corporate retreats and exhibits, here at Nordia House in SW Portland. EVENT MENUS
Broder Catering offers seasonal menu selections as well as custom menus for special occasions. We merge Scandinavian traditions, new Nordic Cuisine and the best local produce to create soulful and satisfying plates and smörgåsbords. From delicate appetizers to hearty vegetables and roasted local meats, Broder’s chefs work hard to present a beautiful and memorable culinary experience for you and your guests.
Our bar program offers a mix of classic, and creative cocktails with specialized ingredients like salal berries, and birchwood syrup to some of our favorite PNW spirits like Freeland's Forest Gin. All of our libations have been carefully crafted to accommodate a variety of preferences. We can't wait to work with you on your unique menu, Skål!

Since 2015 Broder Catering has been producing food and beverage for events at Nordia House in SW Portland. Featuring traditional Nordic dishes, fresh local produce, bakery items and inspired from-scratch cuisine for events onsite at 8800 SW Oleson RD.
